Justin began officiating 16 years ago.  He has worked multiple Utah High School playoff games, including 5A and 4A State Championships.  In 2008, Justin began working Junior College football.  He worked two Top of the Mountains Bowl games (2010 & 2011).  Justin is currently in the Big Sky Conference, working Line Judge since 2011, and receiving FCS playoff assignments in 2015.  Justin has attended the following instructional clinics: CFO West 2015, Reno 2012, 2011; Stars and Stripes Academy 2012; and West Texas 2011, 2010. 

 

Justin is the CFO of a construction & development group consisting of various entities.  He founded & owns Dollars & Sense, Inc., a financial consulting company, and Edge Excavation, Inc., a sitework and utilities contractor.  Justin earned a Master’s of Accounting-Tax/Financial Planning, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-business, Business, & Accounting, both from Utah State University.  In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, coaching Little League teams, Skiing, Golfing, and Farming.  Justin lives in Paradise, Utah.  He is married to Janette (20+ years), and they have four children: Emily (16), Blake & Ryan (11), and Hailey (7).
