Bobby started officiating high school football in 2003 and later officiated Division II football in the RMAC for 12 years. He participated in 2 NCAA tournaments during his time in the RMAC. In 2019, he was appointed to the RMAC Football Officials Association and has served as Board President since 2021. Bobby co-founded the Mountain States Football Officials Camp in 2023. Since 2010, he has attended over 15 officiating camps.
