Registration:
​
1. How can I register for the camp? - Please fill out the registration form on the Camp Registration tab and submit your registration fee using the payment tab.
​
2. When is the registration deadline? - To secure your spot, the registration form Payment must be submitted at the same time.
​
3. What is the registration fee? - The registration fee is $450.00 for campers, and the Registration Payment Deadline is April 1, 2024.
​
4. What if I register and pay for the clinic but can't attend? - No refunds will be issued. The registration fee will not count towards next year, and no camp apparel or handouts will be provided for individuals unable to attend.
​
5. How does the cost compare to other camps around the country? - FRFOC is considered one of the best bargains in the country, offering on-field instruction at a cost lower than most similar camps.
​
6. If I want to attend the camp at the last minute, will there be room for me? - No, the camp is limited to the first 80 officials who sign up. Latecomers can be off-field observers or added to a waiting list for potential openings.

7. What forms must I fill out at the Camp?
- All attendees must fill out a registration form before coming to camp and sign a liability waiver provided at check-in on the first day.

8. Where is the camp held? - The entire camp will be held on the campus at Colorado State University, Canvas Stadium, and practice fields.
​
9. Where are Colorado State University, Canvas Stadium, and Practice Fields located? - Canvas Stadium and Practice Fields are located at 751 West Pitkin Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521.

Format of the Camp:
​
10. What is the format of the camp? - The camp is 4 days, featuring breakout sessions, live scrimmages, video reviews, on-field work with Division 1 and Division 2 officials, and experienced local and regional high school officials.
​
12. Who will we officiate for on-field scrimmages? - The camp collaborates with the CSU high school team camp, officiating live, full-contact 11 on 11 scrimmages.
​
13. What is the dress code? - Casual attire is acceptable, with nice golf shorts and a polo. T-shirts other than camp shirts are not permitted.
​
14. What do I wear for scrimmages? - Black shorts (or long game officials' pants - preferred) are required for scrimmages. Bring all officiating gear, including a striped shirt, cap, whistle, flags, and bean bags, down indicator.

15. Are meals provided? - 5 meals are provided for all campers, with a few meals where campers are on their own. Finger food will be available during the
​
Camp Social on Tuesday night.
​
16. Can we sign up as a crew? - Yes, complete crews are welcome to sign up together and work the scrimmages as a unit.
​
17. Is it necessary to sign up as a crew, or can I sign up by myself? - You do not have to sign up as a crew. If you don't, the organizers will assign you to one based on your position.
​
18. Can I try a new position? - Yes, the camp provides an excellent opportunity to try a new position. Coordinate with your camp crew and make adjustments during scrimmages.

19. What if I have never officiated? Is this the right clinic?
-Yes, whether you have one year or no experience, the camp is suitable for those wanting to officiate at the pee-wee or high school levels.

Lodging and Transportation:
​
20. Is Lodging provided? - - Lodging is available through CSU Conference Services, Campus Dorms (not included in the camps cost). Roommate pairing is provided unless a specific request is made. Alternatively, attendees can make arrangements with CSU Conference Services or opt for discounted rates at the Hilton Fort Collins.

21. Is ground transportation provided? - Shuttle service is available from the airport to the UNC campus. Please email for details.
