Rory is a Referee in Conference USA. He has worked as a referee in two of the last three C-USA championship games and was an alternate in a third. He has also worked the 2023 Cure Bowl and the 2024 Celebration Bowl. Prior to C-USA, he was a Referee in the SWAC in 2021 and in the MEAC from 2015-2021. He worked Round 1 of the FCS playoffs in 2021. He also worked in the SIAC (D2), Lone Star (D2), and American Southwest (D3) conferences as a deep official prior to transitioning to referee. He started his career in 2005 as a Texas High School official and remains a member until this day. Rory is a commercial insurance underwriter outside of football. He lives in Flower Mound, TX.
