Damian and his wife Sandy live in Centennial, Colorado, and have four children. He is a Partner at Bauerle and Company, CPAs located in Denver, Colorado. Damian began his officiating career in 1995 working multiple high school post season games including two 5A Championships. He was hired by the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (Division II) in 2003 and has been fortunate to work post season games in Division II.
