Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between Front Range Football Officials Camp ("FRFOC," "we," "our," or "us") and the participant ("Participant," "you," or "your"). These Terms govern your participation in the Front Range Football Officials Camp, including all associated activities and services.
1. Registration and Payment:
1.1 Registration: By registering for the Front Range Football Officials Camp, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.1.2 Payment: The camp fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment details and options will be provided during the registration process.
2. Camp Participation:
2.1 Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined by FRFOC.2.2 Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct, including respect for fellow participants, coaches, and officials.
3. Camp Logistics:
3.1 Schedule: The camp schedule will be provided to participants in advance. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the camp venue.3.2 Accommodations: Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations during the camp if required.
4.2 Cancellation by FRFOC: FRFOC reserves the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a refund is issued for a transaction processed through Wix Payments, please be aware that standard processing fees will still apply. For instance, if a $100 refund is issued for your purchase, the original processing fee of $2.90 (2.9%) plus $0.30, totaling $3.20, will not be reimbursed to your Wix Payments account.
5. Waiver and Release:
5.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in the camp involves physical activity and inherent risks associated with sports officiating. Participants acknowledge and assume these risks and will be asked to sign a waiver during the registration process.5.2 Release of Liability: Participants release FRFOC, Colorado State University, Hilton Fort Collins, its organizers, coaches, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the camp.
6. Photography and Media:
6.1 Consent: Participants grant FRFOC the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the camp for promotional purposes.7. Miscellaneous:
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and the camp activities are governed by the laws of Colorado and Larimer County.7.2 Amendments: FRFOC reserves the right to amend these Terms. Participants will be notified of any changes.
