Steve began officiating thirteen years ago. As a high school official he worked Back Judge and worked a state championship game in 2007. He began working in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (Division II) eight years ago. He worked all three deep positions his first two years, then worked as a Head Linesman for three years. He has been a Referee the last three years. Steve was awarded three Division II playoff games, one as a Head Linesman and two as a Referee.

 

2014 Became an Official in the Big 12 as a Center Judge.

Steve and his wife Peggy have been married for 24 years. He has two kids and both attend Colorado State University.

 

Steve graduated from Penn State with a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration and played baseball while there. He also earned an MBA from the University of Colorado. He is currently the Senior Director of Operations for Kaiser Permanente-Colorado.
