Stuart is an Umpire in the Big XII Conference. He has worked bowl assignments and the 2021 Big 12 Championship game.
Before joining the Big XII, he officiated games in the Mountain West and Southland Conference. Prior to working in Division 1 football, he officiated in the MIAA (Division 2) and the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. Stuart spent ten years officiating high school football before transitioning to college football. He currently resides in Plano, Texas.
